High-altitude organic black tea from Rwanda (1600m), grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil by a farmers’ cooperative. This Assamica cultivar offers a bold, full-bodied cup with notes of malt, cocoa, subtle vegetal tones, and gentle spice. Grounding yet refined, Surya is a fortifying start to the day.
