About the event

Over four weeks, April 13, 20, 27 & May 4th, participants will discover that meditation is not limited to a moment of stillness, but can become a living quality of awareness that accompanies us throughout the day.


The intention of this course is not to teach meditation as a technique, but to cultivate the inner conditions from which meditation naturally arises.

Each session includes:


  • Gentle body preparation inspired by yoga

  • Understanding the philosophy behind meditation

  • Guided breath awareness practices
