My Story

My journey with yoga began at a tender age, side by side with the Colombian diving team. There, amidst the waves and competition, I discovered the soothing embrace of mindfulness and meditation. They became our allies, nurturing our inner strength as athletes.

But life has a way of changing courses. A back injury abruptly concluded my diving career during a daring jump. What felt like the end was, in fact, a new beginning. It was a gift, an opportunity to dive deep into my own soul's waters.

Yoga, with its gentle wisdom, became my lifeboat. It didn't just mend my physical wounds; it breathed life into my spirit, reminding me of who I truly am.

Before my yoga journey, I was an engineer and an elite athlete. Discipline, commitment, and perseverance were my guiding stars. Transferring these values into my daily life and yoga practice, I found healing not just for my back but also for my soul.

Ayurveda, the ancient science of life, spoke to my heart. It taught me that true health isn't just about our bodies; it's the harmony of body, mind, and spirit, aligned with the rhythm of nature.

In 2014, I embarked on a new chapter as a certified Ayurveda Life-Style Counsellor. This ancient wisdom reinforced my belief that the key to vibrant health lies in our connection with nature and honoring our unique constitution.

The deepest thanks belong to my family—the unwavering pillars of love in my life. My parents, siblings, my two radiant children, Maria and Samuel, and my beloved husband, Miguel, have been my rock. To my cherished students, your compassion, patience, and boundless support have been my guiding light.
